Finance Council

The Finance Council is a consultative body, which helps the pastor in the administration of the material goods and needs of the parish. The Council functions to prepare the budget of income and expenses of the parish, annual evaluation and renewal of the parish stewardship program, and the overseeing and maintenance of the buildings and grounds. The Finance Council consists of the pastor and five members form the parish. The kind of assistance offered by this Council requires both dedications to the Churches mission and skill in dealing with financial matters. Because of these qualifications, the pastor appoints the Finance Council members after careful inquiry.

The Committees of the Finance Council are:

Budget – Preparation of the annual parish budget and financial statements.

Building and Grounds – Maintenance, repair, and replacement of all parish buildings and grounds.
